Carlsson unveiled its CK63 RS tuning package last year, but because it is such an amazing car, it still makes quite an impression in the automotive industry. For example, Christian Gebhardt from Sport Auto has conducted a speed test for this updated Mercedes CLS 63 AMG.
The CK63 RS delivers a total of 649 horsepower and 663 pound-feet of torque, which is a significant increase over the standard 525 ponies and 516 pound-feet of twist. The extra power helps the car to deliver monstrous performance numbers, like a 0-to-60 mph sprint in just 4.1 seconds. What’s even more astounding is the fact that this beast hit a top speed of 333 km/h (207 mph).
Considering the fact that a standard CLS 63 AMG is limited to only 155 mph, that’s one mean mix of modifications Carlsson has put together. Want to see it for yourself, check out the above video. There are plenty of shots of the car and plenty of shots that include the beautiful growl this modded CLS 63 AMG lets out too.
