This Jo Han kit was issued in the 1970's as a Police car. I decided to do it stock as I wanted to have a classic 'Fins 'n Chrome' car, also the few police decals were in poor condition.
The car was sprayed with rattle can Austin Rover Diamond white over Ford Tibetan Gold. The chrome plating on the bumpers and hub caps was stripped and re painted with Alclad Chrome. All other chrome trim was hand painted with Testors Modelmaster II 'Chrome'. Interior was Humbrol Mid Stone/Pale Stone/German Camoflage Brown.
Once the bodywork paint had dried I used micromesh and car polish to get a nice shiney finish.
