Jeep Grand Cherokee to get diesel in 2013

Chrysler has announced the Jeep Grand Cherokee for North America will receive a diesel engine in 2013. In effect, 1100 jobs will be added to the Jefferson North assembly plant where the Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango are assembled.
